Join us at BIG’s Business Meeting on November 2nd at 5:30pm
 
BIG meeting location is St. John’s Episcopal Church in Bandon
The Bandon Inclusivity Group is becoming a membership organization. As a member of BIG, you have voting rights, helping to guide  leadership, programs, future goals, and other efforts.

Meet with us in person or by Zoom on Thursday November 2 at 5:30 to 7:00 pm. The meeting will be held at St. John’s Episcopal Church, 795 Franklin Ave SW (corner of Franklin and 8th avenue) in Bandon. To join by Zoom, send an email to BIG and we’ll send you the Zoom link.

The agenda includes: Welcome and introductions, member sign up, selection of leadership, description of proposed programs, and voting on programs.

Current programs include Peace Circles Meditation group, Street Demonstration, Book Club, Newsletter & Website. We have completed the Children’s Books Program for 2023, and are planning a similar program for children in 2024. Proposed future programs include a Civic Circuit Training, Letter-Writing group, monitoring governing entities, and additional publications and meetings. We invite you to bring your program proposals to the meeting.

Choose the membership level that suits your lifestyle and continues to support BIG to expand awareness, equity, and inclusion. 
Subscriber: Receive the newsletter for the $5 / annual membership fee
General Supporter: Newsletter and notification of actions, classes, events via email – $10 / annual membership fee
Active Supporter: All the above with a greater involvement in participation and planning – $25 / annual membership fee
 
Can’t attend the meeting? Just send a note and the fee to us: PO Box 1071, Bandon OR 97411 to become a member of the BIG! By getting your membership in by November 2, you will be able to vote via Zoom if you cannot attend in person.
